Shipping & Returns
We ship all the orders next business day. www.Fashionlanes.com uses UPS ground shipping most of time. But, for bulk orders, we do use other transportation methods such as trucking companies to save transportation charges, so the buyer can save transportation charges. We ship orders in the US through UPS Ground Service. With the exception of orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO addresses where we ship through the USPS Priority Mail. We are closed weekends and all Holidays. You will receive an E-mail confirming your order. Please assure you provide us with the most recent valid e-mail address for contacting. Tracking information can be received directly from the carrier after your order is shipped. The average delivery time for UPS Ground is 2-7 business days.
All sales at www.fashionlanes.com are FINAL. Please contact us at email@example.com for any defective item(s), not later than 3 BUSINESS DAYS after the shipment is received. Buyer must request for an AUTHORIZATION number to return/replace the item(s). All returned item(s) must be in their original packaging to be returned/replaced. If failed to do so there will be no credit or replacement. Any UNCLAIMED, REFUSED or UNDELIVERED orders will result in any additional shipping charges occurred and 20% restocking/handling fees to be paid by customer. If the package(s) is DAMAGED/OPEN (not item(s)) at the time of delivery, please report the carrier immediately (in written). Get signature (NAME) of delivery person and mail/fax immediately.
